Nicole Van is a junior majoring in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Art History. She is part of the Burnett Honors College doing her Honors Undergraduate Thesis on the intersection study of art therapy and art history. She is heavily involved on campus such as First Year Experience, Pre-Med AMSA, Hearts for the Homeless, and of course Student Health Services. Nicole joined the Student Health Advisory Committee to improve the health and wellness resources available to students by serving as your Skin Safety Chair Committee for the 24-25 school year. Her role is to raise awareness about skin health, creating initiatives aimed at preventing skin diseases, and encouraging health skin practices to students. After graduation, Nicole plans to attend medical school to become a board-certified dermatologist.
