**Note** On March 21, 2025 our portal received some background updates. These updates do not impact patient user experience, however, the access link has changed. If you have bookmarked a previous direct link to the portal, please be sure to update them now so as to ensure access.

Please note that even if you have been previously seen at the Health Center, you may not yet be enabled for our online patient portal. If you experience an error when entering your credentials, give us a call at 407.823.2701. You will be unable to access the portal without doing so.
