Hey Knights, I’m Savannah! I’m a sophomore from South Florida. I’m majoring in Health Science on the pre-clinical track, with a minor in psychology. After I graduate, I plan to attend medical school to become either a pediatrician/pediatric surgeon or Pediatric Cardiologist. I decided to join SHAC because I wanted to connect the UCF student body with the resources that the health center has to offer. Furthermore, as a future healthcare professional, I want students to know what they can do in order to prevent certain diseases and promote better quality health within our community.
In addition to SHAC, I am a member of pre-med AMSA, I plan to participate in Knight-Thon, and I am a part of a dance company here at UCF, Knights and Damsels. During my free time, I love to dance (I have been dancing for 14 years now!), shop, hang out with friends, and relax by the beach or pool. I’m so excited to be a part of SHAC again this year and as always, go knights, charge on!
