Kristina Grabnickas, MSN, APRN

Kristina began her education at the University of Florida, receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 1982.  She graduated with Honors and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Her Master of Science degree was received in 2000  from Andrews University in Michigan. She worked as a family nurse practitioner at Rollins College prior to coming to UCF’s Health Center. Kristina works primarily at our satellite clinic located in Lake Nona, serving our UCF College of Medicine students.

Her special areas of interest are sleep issues in college students and women’s health. Kristina established the “Good Knights Sleep” program in 2009 at UCF to assist students in achieving good sleep habits to help their overall health and achieve better grades.  Kristina is also a part of the Lifestyle Medicine group at the College of Medicine and contributes to the pillar of healthy sleep for medical students and gives presentations to the community as well. She also serves on the Medical Board at the Lake Nona Performance Center.
