Esther Nketsiah

My name is Esther Nketsiah, and I am a Master’s student in Health Promotion and Behavioral Sciences and a Ghana-trained Registered Dietitian with experience in clinical nutrition, public health, and nutrition research. I joined the Student Health Advisory Committee to advocate for international student health and help connect international students with the health services and resources available through the UCF Health Center as they navigate a new environment. Outside of school, I enjoy trying new recipes, exploring new restaurants, and traveling to new places.
