Hello, my name is Brian Sukhu. I am a graduate student in the Department of Health Sciences at the University of Central Florida, where I am pursuing a Master of Science in Health Promotion and Behavioral Science. I serve as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the Epidemiology of Chronic Disease course. Since 2021, I have worked as a Research Assistant on Dr. Eunkyung Lee’s Hispanic Breast Cancer Study. I also currently serve as the Lead Medical Assistant at a local endocrinology practice. In Fall 2025, I joined the Student Health Advisory Council (SHAC) to raise awareness of the comprehensive services offered by UCF Student Health Services and to underscore the positive impact of accessible healthcare on student well-being. My long-term goal is to become a physician dedicated to partnering with patients to set and achieve goals that foster improved health and happiness. I also aspire to engage in community advocacy for health policy reforms that better serve our collective needs. I look forward to continuing my work with SHAC to promote Student Health Services. Go Knights! Charge On!
