Michael Cronyn is a Certified Physcian Assistant (PA) graduated with honors from the University of Florida’s school of Physician Studies in 1987. He has practiced Family Medicine and Endocrinology in the Orlando community for the past 36 years. He has a special interest in Endocrinology disease and related disorders and has worked closely with the UCF Type 1 Diabetes student group since 2010, serving as a mentor and educator. He works at the student health center part-time along with teaching part-time at AdventHealth University PA Program.
Shruti provides preventative medicine education to the college community, ensuring a healthy future. Prior to joining our clinic, she practiced at an underserved rural clinic focusing on pediatrics and family medicine. She is a Certified Physician Assistant and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences at Louisiana State University, a Master of Science in Medical Science at Mississippi College, and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Christian Brothers University.
Rachelle leads the UCF Type 1 Student Group on campus and has special interests in the management of type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, diabetes technology, thyroid disorders, mental health, PREP, and preventative medicine. She is a Certified Physician Assistant with over 10 years of experience in primary care and diabetes management.She earned both a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida.
Rachelle is available via telehealth multiple days per week.
Rebecca has a special interest in working with international students, providing travel medicine consultations, and caring for patients with eating disorders. She is a Certified Physician Assistant with many years of experience specializing in College Health. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Medical Science from Alderson-Broaddus University and has had the pleasure of providing health care to students across numerous campuses.
Melissa’s areas of interest include health and wellness promotion to young adults. She is a Certified Physician Assistant with over 10 years of experience in primary care medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Concordia University and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida.
Anna has worked in Internal Medicine, Family Practices, and Pediatrics throughout the Orlando area before joining our team at Student Health Services. She is a Certified Physician Assistant having earned her Bachelor’s degree in Medicine from the University of Florida and a Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Nebraska.
Glenn is a retired US Navy Captain with 30 years of honorable military service. As such, he is very interested in the health and welfare of our student veterans. He is a Certified Physician Assistant with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Science from Alderson-Broaddus University and a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska, specializing in family medicine.
