We welcome faculty and staff patients! In order for us to see you, you must have an in-network insurance company (we are in-network with all the UCF employee health plans). Please note we cannot see Workers’ Comp claims, nor do we treat faculty & staff within our Behavioral Health unit (Psychiatry, Substance Use Disorders, Dietitian). See the Human Resources page for alternate options regarding these services. In regard to Dental services, UCF faculty and staff can access the Dental center regardless of insurance coverage, however, we are able to file claims to most out-of-network PPO Dental Plans, and patients always have the option to pay out-of-pocket for services received in the Dental Center.

Yes, you will need to complete the visit verification form online and have it sent to them. This verification will only state the time and date of a patient’s visit. Please be sure to include your professor’s email address when you fill out the online request form as verifications will not be sent to student emails.

All administrative and medical positions are posted at www.ucf.edu/jobs.

If you are a current student seeking part-time employment, we hire in non-clinical positions, such as Appointments Clerk, Cashier, Pharmacy Merchandise, and more. If you would like to work in any of these areas, log in to Workday and check for openings under the Job & Career Opportunities tab.

Parking Services usually directs the student to have a visit verification form sent to them. It’s a generic form that only states the time and date of a patient’s visit in order to begin the appeals process with Parking Services.

The closest parking garages to the Health Center are the Libra Garage and Garage B. These have the amplest parking (long-term or daily permit required). The Health Center also has a select number of dedicated spots for patients in ground lot C3. However, parking in these spots will require an additional appointment parking permit to be added to their current permit. If you park in one of these designated spots, please provide your license plate number to our staff at the front desk during check-in. Both the appointment permit AND a daily or long-term UCF parking permit (purchased digitally through UCF Parking Services or through the UCF Mobile App) are required in order to legally park in these designated spots. Vehicles parked in these spaces without the additional appointment parking permit, or who remain beyond the allocated timeslot are subject to citations or towing. Appointment parking permits are valid for a maximum of 3 hours.

No, due to FERPA and HIPAA, we only schedule appointments through the patient. If the communication/language barrier is a concern, we have translation services to assist in scheduling and patient care.
