Will you bill my dental insurance?

We will only submit a claim to your insurance if you have one of the in-network plans we can accept (Cigna Dental DPPO Network or United Healthcare Dental PPO). Claims will not be sent for out-of-network services, however, you can file yourself for reimbursement if applicable. NOTE: Payment for out-of-network services and any out-of-pocket costs are due at the time of service
