In the event that you need care when UCF Student Health Services is closed, we have compiled a list of resources in close proximity to our facilities for your convenience. Any fees incurred at these facilities will be your responsibility. There is no special discount for UCF students accessing these services. • Do you have general questions about the Student Health Center (hours of operation, appointment availability, billing inquiries, etc.)? If YES, call our main appointment line at 407.823.2701 and leave a message with your callback information. Someone will contact you during the next business day. The nurse line is for medical assistance only.

Currently enrolled UCF students have access to a free After Hours Nurse Help Line. The helpline provides a clinical assessment when UCF Student Health Services or your private physician’s office is closed or not available. The Nurse Help Line team will assist you in identifying the appropriate level and source(s) of care. Although the nurses will not diagnose your ailment, using advanced clinical criteria, the Nurse Help Line staff will provide you with valuable health information and education.
