Hello, my name is Romi Hardin. I’m a senior majoring in Health Sciences with a minor in Medical Sociology. I joined the Student Health Advisory Committee (SHAC) in the spring to advocate for student health and help raise awareness about the health resources available on campus, which I felt were often overlooked. I’m particularly interested in physical health and nutrition, and I’m currently working on my undergraduate thesis in this area. My goal is to pursue a career in reconstructive pediatric plastic surgery, where I hope to make a positive impact on children’s health and well-being. I love being involved on campus and enjoy volunteering during my free time. I’m looking forward to making a positive impact on campus during my last semester at UCF. Thank you!
