I am an online student and will not be coming to campus. Do I still need to submit immunization records?

As a student enrolled in an Online-Only program, you DO NOT have to provide proof of immunizations, but you still have to submit the UCF Mandatory Immunizations form with your demographic information and signed waivers under Section A. Make sure your UCF account reflects you are an Online-Only student (contact your college or advisor, if incorrect).

If you are a student enrolled in a regular in-person program but taking classes online, you will still have to submit proof of your immunizations.
