Where do I submit my immunization forms?

You will submit them online through our website using a third-party verification vendor Med+Proctor. You will use your UCF login information (UCF ID and password).

Please note, it takes 2–3 business days for them to review your submission. You will receive an email from Med+Proctor stating if you are compliant or not (you will need to log back into Med+Proctor to find out what exactly is missing).

You can also check your myUCF account to see if the hold is still there after 3 days. For any questions, you can either chat with Med+Proctor (green button on our website) or contact the Immunizations Compliance office by calling 407-823-2701 Option 4, or emailing us at immunizations@ucf.edu.
